Our Story
Born from a passion for creativity, hospitality, and culture, GRAZST was founded by three industry professionals whose global experiences have shaped our unique vision.
With years of expertise across hospitality, F&B, tourism, and branding, and having lived and worked on all continents, our team brings a world-class perspective to Lisbon’s events scene.
We are proud to be the first to introduce a "Build Your Own Cheese and Charcuterie Box Bar" in Europe and the pioneers of the Cheese and Charcuterie Cart experience in Lisbon, combining innovation with tradition.
These creative concepts reflect our belief that food is more than sustenance; it’s a way to bring people together and create lasting memories.
